Boost your body and soul with a moment of relaxation. In Höstsol, opposite the main building, you will find your own oasis in our relaxation area. Here, there is a lounge, sauna, and treatment room. Our treatment menu is signed by Maria Åkerberg. There is something for everyone, whether you are looking to unwind, take care of your skin, or help your muscles relax.
You can also rent our hot tubs or lakeside sauna exclusively for your group.

Our treatment menu is signed by Maria Åkerberg. They use only organic and ecological ingredients, providing an unmistakable experience of purity. The menu includes full-body treatments, massages, and facial treatments.
Hot tubs
Sink into a warm hot tub with an incredible view of the lake and open fields. You can book the hot tubs in advance through our reception. They are located next to the relaxation area with an adjoining sauna and changing rooms. The hot tubs are rented exclusively by the hour and cost 995 SEK.
Lakeside sauna
Gather your friends and enjoy a rejuvenating time by the lake. You can book the lakeside sauna exclusively for up to 3 hours, with an adjoining boathouse that offers a social area with a magical view of the lake. The sauna is rented exclusively for your group for 3 hours and costs from 2200 SEK.
Forest bath
Forest bathing, or in Japanese, shinrin-yoku, is not about ‘bathing’ in its original sense, but about immersing our senses in the forest. Forest bathing is about being in nature with open senses. By using sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch, you can be more present to access health benefits.
Around Båsenberga, you have the opportunity to try this on your own. Just put on your shoes and comfortable clothes and head out into the forest for a moment of presence where you focus on seeing, listening, and taking in the surrounding scents.
