In Höstsol, opposite the main building, you will find our own oasis for relaxation. Here you will find a lounge, sauna and a treatment room where you can book a relaxing massage that will help your body relax and your mind unwind.

hot tubs
Sink into a warm hot tub with a stunning view of the lake and open fields. You book the hot tubs in advance through our reception. Located next to the relaxation area with its own sauna and changing room. The hot tubs are rented exclusively per hour and cost 995 SEK.
lake sauna
Gather your friends and enjoy a beneficial time by the lake. You book the lake sauna exclusively for up to 3 hours with the accompanying boathouse where there is a social area with a magical view of the lake. The sauna is rented exclusively for your party for 3 hours and costs from 2200 SEK.
Forest bath
Forest bathing, or in Japanese, shinrin-yoku, is not about “bathing” in its original sense, but about bathing our senses in the forest. Forest bathing is about being in nature with an open mind. To be more in the present through sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch to access health benefits.
Around Båsenberga you have the opportunity to test this for yourself. Just lace up your shoes and comfortable clothes and head out into the forest for a moment of presence where you focus on seeing, listening and taking in the scents around you.
