A day away from the usual workplace can make a big difference. When the interruptions of everyday life can stop somewhere else, it becomes easier to gather the group around an issue, finish work and make room for conversations that would otherwise be mixed in with everything else.
At Båsenberga, you have the meeting room as your base, but the day doesn't have to be spent around the same table. Have your coffee outside, continue a discussion during a walk, or use the nature around the farm to change your environment and get new energy before continuing your work.
Coffee breaks and lunch become natural breaks during the day – time to replenish energy, but also for more informal conversations between program items.
The day conference is just as suitable for the planning day and workshop as it is for the training or team meeting. And when the last point of the day is completed, you decide for yourself whether it is time to go home or if you want to stay a little longer. Add dinner, an activity or some time together before you round off the day.
