A management team retreat is about more than moving the meeting from the office. When the interruptions of everyday life disappear, it becomes easier to stay on the issues that require reflection, discuss them thoroughly, and look away from the operational.
At Båsenberga you get a secluded environment for strategy work, workshops and important conversations, with nature right outside your door. Between work shifts there is time to change perspectives – over lunch, during a walk or with a cup of coffee outside the meeting room.
When the working day is over, the time together continues over a four-course dinner with flavors from the pantry we live in. A selected wine package is served with dinner, which becomes part of the evening's experience. Afterwards, there is the opportunity to round off the day with a moment in the lake sauna or simply let the conversations continue without any further items on the agenda.
The next morning you gather again over breakfast, with the opportunity to continue the work with some new perspectives. A set-up for management teams that need both peace of mind, time together and space to think beyond the next meeting.
