Farm Conference is our classic conference package with overnight accommodation at Båsenberga in Sörmland. A well-thought-out 24 hours where meetings, meals and accommodation are all in the same place, so you can spend your time on what you are actually here for.
When the day's meeting is over, no one needs to rush on. Stay over dinner and an evening together on the farm, get a good night's sleep, and gather again over breakfast the next morning.

When the meeting may continue after the meeting
The beauty of an overnight conference is the time you get together outside the meeting room. The conversation that continues over dinner. The walk after the last point of the day. The discussion that gets to take a little longer when no one has to catch the train home.
During the day you have space for focused work, with coffee and lunch as natural breaks. When the agenda is complete, the stay continues over dinner and an evening together. Perhaps you round off the day with a walk, a moment in the lake sauna or just let the conversations continue around the table.
Farm conference gives you a clear framework where the most important things are already arranged, but the days can still be shaped according to the group. If you want to add an activity, give dinner a larger space or create more time for the meeting, we are happy to help.
The next morning you gather again over breakfast before it's time to go home – or continue the conference. A simple arrangement for those of you who want to get a little more done than what fits into a normal working day.
