We recently had the pleasure of welcoming a company with offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö to Båsenberga for two days. The goal was to bring the team together for planning, conversations and shared experiences, but also to create time for what is often difficult to achieve in everyday life when colleagues work in different locations.

When participants come from different parts of the country, logistics are an important part of the planning.
In this case, the group chose to travel by train to Katrineholm, a climate-smart option that made the journey both easy and comfortable for the participants. From there, we arranged transportation the last leg to the hotel.
This way, everyone could focus on what was important, meeting.

One of the lunches was served outdoors in the farmer's cow pasture, surrounded by the Sörmland landscape. What was originally intended as a break from the conference program quickly became one of the most appreciated parts of the stay.
Being able to gather outside in nature, with a view of the pastures and time to socialize without an agenda, created a completely different energy than the traditional conference lunch.
Sometimes it's the simplest experiences that leave the biggest impression.
Sauna, hot tubs and time together
After today's meetings, the fellowship continued outside the conference room.
The lake sauna, hot tubs and the natural environment became a natural gathering place where colleagues could socialize in a more relaxed way.
This is often where relationships are strengthened, ideas are born and team spirit grows.

As the stay neared its end, the group had managed to do much more than just meetings.
They had shared meals, taken saunas, walked in nature, laughed together and created new memories.
