For me, it's also personal.

As the CEO of a family business, I often think about the responsibility it entails for people to choose to spend their time with us.
It's time that should be enough for more than meetings. It should lead somewhere.
Maybe that's why we put a disproportionate amount of effort into things that aren't always visible in a quote.
Like the dinner. The pace. The whole.
We see the fact that we, together with the team at Båsenberga, have been named Entrepreneur of the Year as proof that what we are building works.
But the most important thing for us is still what happens here every week.
